The first International Conference on “Metroelectronics and Metrotics in the Field of Electronic Materials” will be held on 27–28 Bahman 1404, hosted by K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
According to the Public Relations Office of Shahid Beheshti University, the conference is organized with the support of the Vice Presidency for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy, and the Nanotechnology and Microtechnology Development Headquarters. It is also held under the auspices of the Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) and IEEE Iran Section.
The conference aims to provide an international platform for the exchange of knowledge and technology, showcase the latest achievements, and expand joint collaborations among universities, research centers, and leading industries—particularly among BRICS member countries.
A range of specialized panels will be held with the participation of prominent national and international professors and experts. Among the keynote speakers is Professor Mohammad Khajeh Nasir al-Din from EPFL (Switzerland), the recipient of the Mustafa Prize (PBUH) in 1404.
The conference themes include:
Artificial intelligence and computational methods in electronic materials
Energy conversion (e.g., solar cells)
Energy storage (e.g., lithium batteries)
Electronic and optical devices (semiconductors and sensors)
Localization of electronic materials required by industry
Intellectual property and knowledge-based business development in the field of metrotics
